The samplesof dissected the tissue specimens fixed in 10% formalin solution. processedaccording to paraffin embedding technique, sectioned at 5-6μm and stained by hematoxylin eosin, Masson’sTrichrom stains Verhoff stain. newly lactating gland was covered very thick, well glandularskin that measured 210.32±9.03μm. parenchyma composed groups huge mammarylobes which separated vascular thick layer inter lobar fibrous 986.19±23.10 μm(Thickness). mean surface area lobe was134785.48±15.89μm², it consisted numeroussmall size lobules 9848.79±23.75μm² from each other thin fibro muscularinter lobular connective 138.16±4.11 μm. lobule alveoliwhich revealed marked secretory activities. alveolus 784.79±19.09 μm² linedby cuboidal cells 14.11±1.09 Duct system intra lobularduct, large duct, largest lactiferous sinus, sinus drainage glandular cisterna thatopened into teat later opened canal. Gland chamber had wide irregularshaped lumen. mucosa few mucosal folds lined simple epitheliumand supported a lamina propria dense muscular tissue. epithelium closeto Teat wascomposed with venous plexus.
